Returns

Chatterbox City aims to provide the highest quality products at all times.

We pride ourselves on quality so it is our highest interest to ensure only the best is sold to you. We ask that you choose very carefully and that you use our descriptions and photos of items so that you can have a greater confidence when purchasing as we will not accept refunds or returns on an incorrect choice/size or change of mind.

We do not provide a refund for your own misuse of the item that has caused any damage or faults.

We will consider a refund upon return of the item if you believe that there is a fault with the item, it will be at your cost to return the item and refund will be decided upon viewing of the fault. If we agree that there is a fault from us or the supplier then your money will be refunded including the cost for reasonable postage. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for this consideration to be looked at.

Please note that we do not refund in the event that damage was done whilst in transit.
